The topics for each week are:

  • Deep Centering & Internal Equilibrium: Learn the art of Focused Awareness to anchor the mind, enhancing emotional stability and cognitive clarity.
  • Self-Care Prescription: The session culminates in a Deep Centering Meditation to integrate the physiological shifts, leaving you with a concrete, actionable tool for systemic recovery and long-term vitality.
