We met briefly during an appointment I had with you to have an ESI (epidural steroid injection). We had to cancel because I was not told to discontinue the use of Coumadin. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated our visit. You were able to give me more information about my condition in the few minutes I spent with you than I have had in the last 20 years! It clarified for me the real reason for all the pain I have been experiencing, as well as, gave me a better idea of how to go about finding the treatment I require.
