The day has finally come that I am able to make my permanent move to Arizona. It just so happens that I am flying there this evening. I just wanted you to know that I very much appreciate you for accepting me as a patient without a specific referral. Since it is unlikely I will ever see you again, I want to let you know that I have respected you. Your bedside manner and tolerance have far exceeded every doctor I've ever seen. I have also appreciated you very much for referring me to a new doctor. It will be interesting to see how the climate and treatments available there affect my illness. Again, thank you for all you have done for me.
