Pain Question: I have previously had a pneumothorax on both left and right lung. I had a (forgive my spelling) pluraldesous done where they used talc powder to secure my lungs. will this increase my chance of a lung collapse from an intercostal nerve block? Should I still consider the block for relief from severe pain?
